The Africa Investment Development Consulting Group was established to provide expertise on the investor landscape when it comes to initial enquiries into Africa`s investment opportunities. Our consulting team in Germany, U.S.A., Ghana, Guinee-Conakry is made up of individuals with years of experience in either entrepreneurship or project management. Their combined effort is to help stimulate investment, economic growth, employment and the reduction of poverty in Africa. Specialized areas of interest are Commodity Goods, Clean Energy, Construction (infrastructure & real estate), Mining (Equipment).
AIDC Group does not have an implementation, project management or funding role. We work together with investment and technical partners who implement the projects. As a investment consulting platform, we help investors and partners to connect and develop collaborations, and support the development of innovative multi-stakeholder projects. We provide solutions to unlock the huge opportunities in the emerging African markets due to the ever-changing dynamics of the global market to create a win-win situation for African development and its entrepreneurs.
Meet the team
Daniel TSEHAYE
Daniel is the founder and CEO of AIDC with offices in Hamburg-Germany as well as project coordinator in Ethiopia. He studied civil engineering specializing as a construction engineer and has lived in Germany for over 40 years.
Daniel is a passionate entrepreneur and studied International Wholesale & Export business. He has been in the im- & export business for over 30 years exporting machinery, equipment and vehicles mainly to Ethiopia, Kenya, Guinea - Conakry, Ghana and Angola. He is a passionate panafrican and believes in the continents huge potential in development and growth. To this end he founded AIDC to provide solutions to unlock the huge opportunities in the emerging African markets.

Dr. Anthony BADU-PEPRAH
Dr Badu-Preprah heads our offices in Ghana as the Managing Director of AIDC-Ghana. He holds a BSc and MPhil in Material Science and Engineering. He also holds PhD, in Engineering Management and DBA in Entrepreneurship.
Dr Badu-Prepah has over 20 years experience as a lecturer and and business establishment of several companies. He is a director of HSMATT Medical Diagnostics; EQE-Enviromental Quality Engineering. He specializes in metallurgical and environmental management and acts as consultant in preparing Environmental Management Plans (EMP and impact assessment (EIA) for industries.
His vast experience and skills has helped individuals and organizations setup their commercial projects. He serves on several boards and committees.

Sarah Wamuthenya TSEHAYE
Sarah is a the CEO-Assistant and project coordinator at the AIDC-Group headquarters in Germany. She holds an IATA-Diploma in International travel with studies in Kenya and holds a Diploma in tourism from Hamburg Chamber of Commerce in Germany as well as further qualifications in office administration and project presentation and management.
She has 10+ years of experience in international trade mainly in the export of machinery and vehicles from the EU and China to East and West Africa as well as correspondence and customer service. Projects can be challenging and project owners need an honest and positive professional whose first priority is the interests of the client; providing capability, adaptability and scalability. She is tireless in acquiring further knowledge and attends training courses that add value to professional consulting services which goes to further help the client to achieve his goals.Her passion is development and empowerment for African women and young girls. She believes that women have an inclusive attitude and look more into community building.

Emmanuel Abrah ADJEI
Emmanuel is the project coordinator at AIDC-Ghana. He is primarily an IT professional with both government and private experience and a track record of applying practical technologies to meet business needs. He has a degree in Information Systems and has over 13 years of experience which is focused on system integrations, systems implementations, IT training, data onboarding and data analytics. His vast experience and skills have led him to work with big organizations as B-Systems (Trainer), STL (Software Implementer), NHIA(MIS Trainer) and Chemonics International (Business Analyst).
His background in marketing has seen him through over 10 years of experience, working to make huge sales for organizations such as YW industry and Osiadan Concrete Products.
He is currently a director at Osiadan Real Ventures Limited, IT consultant to 3E Medical Centre, consultant (business analyst) to Global Fund on a Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) in supply chain

Jacob G. GNADRÉ
Jacob is our Project Coordinator in Abidjan. He has absolved academic training in Corte DÍvoire` at the Commercial Inspectorate, EIAGC ; International Trade at Agitel-Formation; Lycée Moderne Adama Sanogo Abidjan: BAC Series A1 as well as vocational training at the BARCO (Bureau Africain de Renforcement de Compétences) where he mastered in Project Studies, Development strategies & studies as well as Management in international development.
He has local experience in Project Investment Financing; Project Management; Acquisition & Import of administrative, technical and commercial goods as well as Asset Management for projects. He is the managing director of DMJ HALL Sarl and was previously the Managing Director of Groupe de Transports Ivoire Azur (GTIA) as project coordinator in charge of public policies for the fleet renewal project piloted by FDTR in terms of monitoring and evaluation, technical assistance, control and training; worked for ENVIROSERVICES CI - Ivory Coast as the deputy Managing Director in charge of Project implementation and SAID (Société Africaine d'Investissements et de Développement)

Dr Mohamed KOUYATE
Mohamed is our Project Advisorfor the ECOWAS/ CEDEAO region. He is the General Director of the Road Transport Development Fund (FDTR), a public establishment with a mission to support and mobilise resources for the development of road transport in Côte d’Ivoire. In addition, the FDTR also structures the establishment of loans in favour of transport companies to maintain the health of the sector
He brings a wealth of experience in Government Project implementation and investment as well as an invaluable network within the West African region. He is an acknowledged project advisor at all levels of Government.

Fekadu Ambaye TEFERI
Mr Teferi is our representative in the U.S.A. He has many years of experience as a entrepreneur. He is the owner of Mosvold company in Ethiopia which has affiliate branches with Warka Furniture Company and Fetan Department Store in Addis Abeba.
He is the CEO of Wonji
Ethanol Technology in Ethiopia. In partnership with the Schmitt Group in Germany he is the consulting partner in the project implementation of an ethanol production plant at the Wonji Sugar factory east of Addis Ababa.

Maître GUEDE Laurent LOGBO
Laurent is our Project Legal Advisor within the ECOWAS/CEDEAO region. He is a lawyer by profession based in the Republic of Ivory Coast
He holds the Grand Roll at the Court of Appeal of Abidjan Bar of COTE D'IVOIRE
In 27 years of its existence, his law firm has built up a recognised competence in the field of business law in general, land and property law as well as in civil and criminal matters.
Missions:
Provided legal assistance to;
- Intermediary traders in the field of petroleum products in Marseille and Geneva,
- The diplomatic mission of the Ivory Coast in Geneva,
- The Ministry of Sports and Leisure,
- The FDFP,
- Contract negotiation missions in Burkina Faso and Mali on behalf of ORFOUND, an ANDORIAN company operating in the gold and diamond sector;
The firm provides legal and judicial assistance to;
- The President of the Chamber of Land Developers of Ivory Coast in the exercise of its activities;
- The National Union of Bank, Financial and Insurance Agents of Cote D'Ivoire (SYNABEFACI);
- The firm works in partnership with the Cabinet Xavier LECUSSAN, lawyer at the Paris Bar, for its international cases. To name a few.
